ATMT Pro is an anti-theft and device security application for Android. We are committed to collecting only the data necessary to deliver the security features you have requested, and we take every measure to protect that data.

Information We Collect

ATMT Pro collects data only to provide anti-theft and device security features requested by the user. We do not collect information beyond what is necessary for app functionality.

Location Information

What we collect

• Real-time GPS location when the device is locked or marked as lost
• Last known location when battery reaches 15% and 5%, or before power-off

Why we collect it

• To help users locate a lost or stolen device

How it's used

• Shared only with the device owner or trusted contacts you have set up
• Not permanently stored on our servers

Camera & Photos

• Photos are captured only after three (3) consecutive failed unlock attempts
• Used exclusively to identify unauthorized access attempts
• Temporarily stored in Firebase Storage for your review

Device & SIM Information

• SIM card details (IMSI and phone number) to detect unauthorized SIM swaps
• USB connection status to prevent unauthorized data transfer

This information is used solely to detect SIM changes and prevent unauthorized access — it is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

SMS Usage

• SMS alerts containing location and security details are sent to your trusted contact
• SIM change and unauthorized access notifications may be sent via SMS

How We Use Your Data

• Device security and theft prevention
• User-requested alerts and notifications

Data Sharing

• Data is shared only with the device owner and trusted contacts you have designated
• Firebase services are used strictly for app functionality (photo storage, cloud sync)

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties for any non-security purpose.

Data Storage & Security

• Intruder photos are temporarily stored in Firebase Storage and can be deleted by you
• Location data is transmitted via SMS to your designated trusted contact
• All data transmission is encrypted and access is strictly restricted

User Control & Rights

• Enable or disable any feature directly from app settings at any time
• Revoke permissions via your Android system settings
• Request deletion of all stored data associated with your account

Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide app functionality. Once you delete the app or submit a data deletion request, your data will be removed from our servers within 48 hours (2 working days).

Children's Privacy

ATMT Pro is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

Google Play Compliance

• Clear disclosure of sensitive permissions is provided within the app before use
• Data is collected only for the core security functionality of the app
• We adhere to Google Play's Developer Program Policies and Data Safety requirements
